I sometimes take cases on contingency.  If it is the right type of case, and I feel confident about liability and there are enough damages to attach a percentage rate to, I am happy to offer my contingency rate.  Contingency cases are often different than a typical prosecution, as large defendants attempt to stymie a smaller contingency litigant.  I have experience with this and have handled it successfully in the past.  I know the rules of procedure both federally and at the state level, and I know them thoroughly.  While contingency cases are traditionally for the public, I do discuss my rate with businesses as well if the appropriate circumstances are there.
