I am also an appellate attorney and understand the rules of procedure for appeals both in New York State Appellate Divisions and in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  While appellate practice is a daunting proposition for any litigant, I have the experience and skill necessary to present your position to an appellate panel, as I have done it before.  Also, I was an editor on the Fordham Moot Court Board, where I learned many of the skills I have used for my clients during the course of being appealed and asking for an appeal.  My rates are very good and I have contacts with the appellate industry to best present your briefing to the Courts I am admitted to, including the First and Second Department in the New York State Court system and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the Federal System.
